It's a cool new issue. Now, I am one of the first penguins to post about this secret in the newspaper: Herbert's letter is in it again! That's right! Located at the "Secret Section" on page B8. Click on the secret so that it pops up, and then mouse over to the word "[Classified]". They should lite up. Click the word. You will get the secret message.
